This blog is for tracking my weight loss.
I am 11 stone (154 pounds)and 5'7,so my BMI is 24.1 which is at the end of the healthy range,peaking into the overweight range.My goal weight is 120 and that's considered a normal weight for my height..maybe a bit too light but it's still considered healthy.During this weight loss,I hope to tone my stomach as it's a bit flabby and folds when I sit/crouch.
